Rudy Stefanitsis, General Partner - Rudy founded Airburst Capital in 2022 after discovering the potential of opportunity zones and their associated tax benefits. With his passion for real estate and extensive business expertise, Rudy leads the team in identifying and executing profitable investment opportunities.

Board of Advisors - Our team of 12 board of advisors and 5 fund affiliates brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in various fields, ensuring a positive investor experience:

• Marshall McCormick, Real Estate Attorney - With over 30 years of experience in real estate law and the title industry.  

• Samantha Blackburn, Property Manager - With a background in property management, real estate sales, marketing and branding, Samantha helps streamline the tenant experience throughout the projects.

• Mike Hall, Residential & Commercial Broker - Mike's expertise in real estate and business strategy provides a wealth of knowledge to support the fund.  Mike also is a mentor and leader throughout his local community.

• Thomas J. Fantin, CPA - At Novogradac, Thomas performs audit, tax, and consulting services related to the new markets tax credit (NMTC), historic rehabilitation tax credit (HTC) and renewable energy tax credits industries, as well as the opportunity zones incentive.
